1) Cut on all solid lines. Discard scrap.
2) Glue Insert 1 into Slot 1, from back,
applying glue only along edges.
Glue Insert 2 into Slot 2, from wrong side,
applying glue only along edges.
3) Fold Pull Tab in half along dotted line.
4) Put Flaps 1 - 4 into numerical order.
Align bottom and side edges.
Flap 1 should be on top, and flap 4 on
the bottom. Align pull tab at
the center, near the bottom edge of the flaps,
with the fold away from
the edges of the flaps. Staple into place.
5) With Flap 1 facing the wrong side of the
front, slide the flaps into the
openings created by the slots and inserts.
Flap 1 goes into the opening created by Insert 2,
Flap 2 goes into Slot 2, Flap 3
goes into the opening created by Insert 1,
and Flap 4 goes into Slot 1.
Slide the flaps in until each of the flaps
completely covers the slot beneath
it when viewed from the right side.
6) Slide Stop A under slot A but over Flap 4.
Make the protruding ends as
even as possible. Glue Stop A to the back of Flap 4.
7) While looking at the right side of the
Front, pull the Pull Tab slowly.
Stop as soon as all of the flaps are
hidden by the front slots.
8) Attach Stop B to the wrong side of the
front by gluing its ends only ,
immediately to the right of Stop A.
9) Attach Back taking care not to put glue
in the way of any moving parts.
Apply small bead of glue around the
edges, leaving room for the pull tab.
10) Decorate the two scenes carefully with
drawings, stamped designs, or writings.
