1/2 sheet of plain card stock
1/2 sheet of patterned card stock
scrap of coordinating cardstock for box lid lip
adhesive (glue, double sided tape)
The pattern should be printed on sturdy cardstock.
Cut out the pattern on solid lines. Score along dotted lines.
Trace the pattern as follows:
front, top - patterned card stock
back, inside - plain card stock
lid lip - coordinating card stock
